If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you order from us, you may return them within ten (10) days of receipt for a refund. Products must be returned in new condition for a full refund. We do not accept returns of products with opened CDs. For products returned to us in less than perfect condition (damaged covers, wear on book), we will refund only 75% of your purchase price. Note: product cost only is refunded. We are unable to refund shipping charges. Please email us at Info@languagesuccesspress.com to let us know what you would like to return and why. We will then send return instructions.
